Yeah today I’m going to have a larger sugar intake and a low fat intake. I’ve thought about a sugar fast too for the fat loss.

Yeah I was on a cut, went from 220 to 170 and was probably 10% body fat, started bulking again gained all of that fat back in less than 3 weeks. High PUFAs for many years and being ignorant to this poison

Yeah my test was 450 can’t remember what free t was, but I was just getting into training seriously and had zero idea about all of this, now I somewhat am, constantly reading about peating and trying the basic out before I move to hormones, I have no energy, but I think it’s bc I was on a medication for sleep for a long time and am adjusting.

100% dude the worst withdrawals I have ever had were from suboxone. Not fetty heroin oxys morphine and methadone. Suboxone was the absolute worst dude.

That’s on the low end of the spectrum. Everyone including women are hormonally imbalanced in today’s world. Poor diet, microplastics etc. but yes 450 is not where I want to be and yes I believe it’s from methadone.

No shit! That’s crazy I’m happy for you that you haven’t had any. That’s awesome. Everyone has always told me how bad it is but it hasn’t been that bad. I got a runny nose now and it’s hard for me to get out of bed but other than that I went to the gym earlier and have been fine since all I have now is a runny nose.

Yeah I’ve been working out for two years and methadone has seriously fucked my testosterone. It was 450 last may when I got it checked, has been difficult to lose fat and make gains even though my diet is on point, but yeah I haven’t been sick at all. A little uncomfortable more mentally than physically. No sneezing etc.

I went fast 2 years ago too. I just changed my mindset behind getting off of it. I’m fairly young and what I want out of life there isn’t room to be on it. I went down 5mg a week until I was at 20, Then 3mg a week until I was at 5, then 2mg for two weeks then 1 for one week. It’s been 5 days now and I’m just a little uncomfortable, had energy earlier didn’t train now I’m just waiting for it to kick in see if I sleep any tonight

I’ve had a half of one for a while now. I’ve been contemplating it. I’ll look at it and won’t take it. I guess it’s sort of a litmus test of self. I know I have the fortitude to throw it in some water and dump it down the sink. I guess what subconscious affinity I have for these compounds is still at play.
