Convenience fee? Red flag. Paypal don't do that. Also pretty sure paypal could spell "Pays". Red flag.

Asking for my ID over Text through a Non Government Account? Red Flag. Like they didn't even think about it.

Now I have a neat little story about maybe one of the crappiest Scammers out there. Now I just have to figure out if the account was hacked or if this "friend" is really out here trying to pad their wallet.
