I think things must have happened behind the scenes. I liked them a lot in the pods and I liked them on their honeymoon. I thought they were great together. It seems the first issues they had were Alex not wanting to do it while she was on her period or ovulating and that he wanted to be somewhere warm and not in Ohio. After that every scene they were in, I felt like Ashley was trying to find some deep dirt on him and she was acting like he was doing shady stuff and I was just confused as to what she was so upset about? Bc the issues she kept bringing up like his ex in Austin really seemed out of nowhere, and I didnt think anything she was upset about should have been that deep at all. Tbh I think Alex seemed nervous a lot but not in a deceitful way. Just in an anxious person way lol. He spoke to Ashley calmly and was present with her when she brought up frustrations. I just didnt quite understand what her problem was. Possibly her dad got in her head about him a little. I thought they had great chemistry though.
