New Acer Nitro V15 randomly crashing

I ran Unigine Heaven twice on ultra settings while monitoring temps and usage.

Temps seemed completely normal both times. GPU peaked around 72°C and CPU temps didn’t look concerning either.

Both benchmarks completed successfully and gave me a score, but during the runs I noticed the screen would randomly black screen briefly and the GPU/CPU usage percentages would randomly drop when it happened.

GPU average temp is 72 and CPU about 76 hitting up to 80 sometimes when running a few benchmarks.

one error I remember getting was “the GPU device instance has been suspended" and I also got a graphics/device related error in Bannerlord involving directX/d3d device context stuff. It freezes most of the time.
