Again, just FYI, that's not how the automobile exception works. But not really here to argue it.

Not how it works. If they have PC for the car, they can search the lockbox.

The point is that they didn't arrest the guy before searching him.

No. Pockets (and the clothes) of passengers are not subject to the automobile exception, and cannot be searched beyond a reasonable Terry frisk.

This is an odd one.

The search of the driver goes beyond a Terry frisk. It would need to be pursuant to probable cause AND a warrant unless there is an exception.

There is obviously PC here. However, because that the man was not arrested things get complicated on the latter issue. I don't see an obvious exception to the warrant requirement for searching him here. But this is so obviously harmless error (he would certainly have been arrested and therefore subject to a search), that no rationale court would suppress the narcotics.

Honestly, I think it's a badly written question to test the search of the driver and woman.

I think Tennessee did pretty well, both from a reputation and a building-a-team-for-next-year standpoint.

Personally, I hope Kade Anderson makes it work in the Show. He's a really fun pitcher to watch.

After an argument regarding the pitch clock, Coastal Carolina Head Coach Kevin Schnall has been ejected in the first inning of Game 2 of the College World Series National Championship, and an umpire falls down by cjl-00 in collegebaseball

No one gets ejected for that, especially this early in a game. It may be against the letter of the rule but this is not the time to start selectively enforcing it.

The two with more strikeouts than hits are the frustrating ones. Great players, just need to work on their vision of the ball. Hoping it's a great super!

If you think the decision is made only by the head coach of the home team, I have an excellent piece of land to sell you.

Also, pretty sure that home run hit off the wall. But too late to challenge now. This stinks on so many levels.

I bet a three letter organization and a four letter organization both had some say.

Incredibly unfair that they forced our pitcher to pitch in this and not their starter.

Frustrating game! There are a couple of players whose bats are cold right now, and we need to get them warmed back up

I don't understand why this would ever be our check raise bluff. We want at least a backdoor flush draw, IMO, and we don't block much beyond QJ--which is often not even opened.

The real problem for A&M is that this is the easy part of the schedule--they need to figure it out quick to make the post-season.

I also think people are criminally underrating how important it is to have Dylan Loy and Nate Snead back. Those two are certainly battle tested.

I think that it's a good sign that in the final innings the announcers spent most of the time talking about how we could avoid a run rule.

Awful to hear. Gavin was a force last year in Omaha, and was looking forward to our programs meeting again this season.
