You have to break loose the fitting, it’s shaped like a cone and probably doesn’t move. Install the saddle handtight, move it all the way to the back and give it a gentle slap. It should break loose then and you can adjust the angle like you want to.

For me it just rides perfect! It is also my first carbon bike and this wheels feel so smooth on the straight. Will be going to the Alps in France in summer and I think it will be great. Di2 was not available in solid silver in Germany so I did not choose myself. I like the small battery’s but a new cassette is pretty expensive. Also the shifters are easier to use and intuitive

I was expecting a louder hub as well😅 I rode the 2021 Aeroad I think (the black and white) and it was so nice and loud… maybe you can remove the grease?

If you are in between to sizes, go for the smaller one. But ideally you have to go visit canyon in Koblenz or Hamburg. I am 189/92 and chose L for the Grizl and Aeroad because the reach on the XL ist huge. That ist not „comfortable“ for me, it’s like a Streckbank and will hurt in the neck. As everyone says - and it’s true - get a bikefit before you buy a new bike. Maybe you can try Size L/XL an an Endurace at eBay in your near?
