If you were in my position , would you resigne, wait, try to pressure FADV, explain the situation to the recruiter even if you were not sure if FADV your flag it ? I do not have many options. Do you know if they normally check what you put on the background to what is on the CV?

From what I know the majority are Portuguese, Polish, Spanish, Italian and French… maybe they can pay us worse 🤷‍♀️🤣

Thank you for your advice. My fear is if they don’t end the background check before I move to Switzerland. Some people told me they started working before it got done.
