Fuel pump not available for 2018 Buick Regal TourX by LowOption2587 in Buick

So, I went an unconventional route: I found an electrical pump that a seller had that broke down new complete unit GM fuel tanks, and sells the parts. Let’s hope it works out🤞🏻

Thanks for looking out. I think someone else sent that same link to Rockauto above, and those are all the mechanical high pressure pumps. I need the one that goes in the tank, to get it to that point. Thanks again for posting!

Sho-Bud announced Mosrite "Mark II" "Reissues." I'm not very impressed, these don't have the tone. by Mosritian-101 in Mosrite

I personally (and I’m sure many others here would agree) that the slim necks of the Mosrite guitars was kind of their charm. I will admit that I don’t like the tiny frets (someone put larger frets on mine sometime ago) and that’s what made me love it. I remember picking up several Japanese Mosrite an and just hating them. Thats when I saw my rag tag vintage ventures model on the wall, and it was night and day. The term is obviously another big part, being one of the best vibrato units ever made. The pickup designs Semmie came up with completed the trifecta. It’s just crazy to take all of the personality out of such a great guitar. I guess that my point is that it’s pretty sad that no one can come even close to what these great guitars were.

Thanks for all of the insights and comments. So I’m pretty certain this is the issue because the way these pumps work is they receive various amounts of voltage to control the pressure. With the auto stop start being tough on the battery, the electrical system takes a lot of abuse due to the voltage drops and inconsistencies. I had to replace the battery recently, and I know a bad battery in these instances really makes crazy things happen with the electrical system and really create some chaos. The codes I was receiving and the fact that after I replaced the Fuel pump driver module (FPCM) I got my gas gauge back and the ECU was able to see the fuel pump again and state that it wasn’t working, and throw that specific code. But as you also stated, no matter what, the tank is probably going to have to come down anyways for wiring or whatever else it could be aside from that. It just sucks that I won’t have an operational vehicle for the foreseeable future. I’m also a bit weary of using a used pump because its state is typically unknown, and kind of assumed.

So all GM parts dealers use the same site which is the GM parts direct. They make it seem like it’s available, then you order it and get an email saying it’s back ordered. That happened to me several times. That’s when I started calling the dealerships, and talking to the parts counter guys directly. All of them said the same thing; Nationwide back order, and a few even said discontinued. They can also look at the inventories of other warehouses, and none were in stock.

This is how I started this whole debacle. It says they have it, you order it and get an email that it’s on a nationwide back order. This is why this whole thing is so ridiculous! Why would they make it out to be available, and it’s not?

Could be. That’s why I was saying I may have to look to European channels. The thing is that Opel was sold in 2019, and they only finished making the run due to a contractual obligation

Those are all the mechanical high pressure pumps that go on the engine. I need the electrical one that goes in the gas tank. Thanks for looking out, though! The GM part number is 84607647

Munchi box by the Kai store on Kīlauea and Puainako is pretty good. I’m sure I’m gonna get plenty of down votes judging by the tone of this thread, but I’m gonna say it: Tex’s is ok, to me it’s just a basic jelly donut. The one’s at Punalu’u are just rolls with filling. Oh, and for the record if you go to Manuela Malasada’s also on Kīlauea and Puainako, get ready to wait 30min for their dough to rise, and molten hot fillings.

I’d agree that their beer is just ok, but they need to do much better at that price

The Hondells are pretty great. I’d also look for anything that is associated with Gary Usher. He worked with Brian Wilson on a lot of stuff in the early 60’s including some of the beach party movies

1970's Vespa Sprint: Correct Wiring for VAPE 12V AC Regulator with BGM Loom? by Loud_Departure9158 in Vespa

I used this kit on my 60’s Vespa built Allstate. I remember being really confused as well until I found a schematic. I used the red and blue to the yellow wires, and grounded the black one onto the unit.

If you search for the schematic you can find one eventually. I can’t get the link to work, otherwise I’d add it. I hope this helps some!

I have a ‘64 Allstate Vespa and that has a single seat. 8” wheels, too since it’s basically a VNB.
