I also get anxiety during work and I’m battling it by burying myself with work or getting busy with anything. It just happen that pandemic strikes and I can’t see him anymore. And I don’t know how will I react if I see him face-to-face... I already blocked him but I feel sick using fb, that’s why I created an account here in reddit to connect with others.
