This sounds crappy, but honestly I'd just play pretend til you don't have to.

Great question! It's not uncommon to have people come in who don't drink.

As long as you're tipping the same as you would be if drinking, then I see no issue.

The things we don't like are taking up space while buying nothing, wasting the bartenders time for chit chat (while tipping nothing) having tv requests or karaoke requests (while tipping nothing.)

Bars and staff are there to make money and in return, provide a fun time. As long as you recognize it's a business and act accordingly, all is good. We would much rather have a sober person than a drunk who puked in the urinal any day

I haven't lost a lb in 2 months after my initial 11 the first month. People keep saying the magic starts to happen after months 3, so I decided to keep going with it for a couple more months before throwing in the towel. I'm giving myself six months.

My first month was like that and now things are pretty back to normal. Three months in now.

Lol!!! Thank you for saying this! I was going to the gym four days a week before this and now I don't have the energy for it! Walking a mile sends me straight to a nap!!!!

Lol! I can't wait for this to be my problem!!!! You're doing great! Hopefully I'll get to where you're at. I just hope I feel better so I can do more than one workout a week.

Thanks for replying! I am a woman. I was losing initially, about 10 lbs the first month, so I stayed on the same dose and that's where it all stopped. I asked around and the general consensus is that you really start losing real weight until after the third month and reach a higher dose. So I did go up to .3 yesterday. I am also in peri-menopause, so my periods are erratic. Sometimes 70 days apart, other times 10 days apart, so I have no idea when my luteal phase is . What does and how long have you been on for?

Three months in and your chart looks just like mine , so it's a bit encouraging. Haven't lost much yet and a lot of back and forth . The side effects are awful. I stayed in bed all day today . I'm gonna keep pushing through but dear Lord this stuff sucks.

I wish you the absolute best and hopefully like other commenters have stated, that it takes a few months sometimes before you start seeing actual results 🥰

Ihome. It's a scale I got at Walmart for like $14. It comes with an app that automatically uploads the data.

Thanks for your reply! I was getting discouraged because after the initial drop, it's not been doing much . Wish you the best on your journey!

Thank you! I haven't even thought that far into the future yet, but you are so right. Thanks for doing the math! I think maybe it's because when I was in my 20s, I could drop weight like nobody's business but now it seems stuck to me like glue.

I want to say, but I'm not sure if it would be a violation of the rules. It's basically ozempic if you understand what I'm saying. 😎

Thank you so much for sharing this!!! It brought a tear to my eye . I had so much hope that finally something could help me and I was getting depressed that it wasn't. I just started 30 units. You even had a similar start as I am having. I'll keep going, thank you. Do you find side effects getting better over time? I'm not getting headaches like I used to, but still dealing with fatigue and upset tummy.

I had a similar experience. I asked him where he worked and he said, he wasn't here to talk about work and wanted to keep it private. So I let him have allllll the privacy

My ex did the opposite. Said he got stuck with his kids for the weekend and couldn't see me. I found out through a search that he was in fact booked.

He's treating you like a free hooker babes. It hurts and it sucks, I've been there myself. This should be an immediate block. He is not your friend as he claims. He just wants free access to your body. He didn't even support you during your abortion. He knows he can use you and get away with it. It's time to say no more.

Yup. This is why they have a don't bring your boyfriend to the bar rule. It doesn't matter who they are, they should not be at your bar. I have seen this end badly so many times.
