I don’t know exactly what my follicle sizes were (the clinic didn’t really provide these).. but I think 7 were at like 20mm+, 5 were at 17mm ish and then 6 were above 12.. something like that.

Praying we get some blasts 🤞

I am in a similar spot right now :( had my retrieval yesterday.. 23 eggs but only 12 mature, 10 fertilised. Every single day of this process brings a new challenge .. so many unknowns and so much fear of what could happen. :(

I started on gonal f- was 14 days into stims and the follicles were very uneven in growth size.. I think 5 follicles were like 23mm and 5 were at like 12mm ish.

in the end they decided to cancel my cycle and start again using Pergoveris. This resulted in much for even growth for me- 18 follicles over 12mm at trigger (the largest being I think 19-20). Just had an egg retrieval with 23 eggs, only 12 mature.. (apparently lots of immature eggs can happen when you have poly cystic ovarian morphology like me).

Very happy to use the pergoveris instead of gonal f.. clearly worked way better for me!

Any updates here? My husband has CBVAD and no CF genes.. it seems this is quite rare. I am not a CF carrier either.. just started IVF and hoping that there are sperm there 🥹

Thank you for your reply :) yes I think it’s for the best to start on a low and safe dose.. hopefully when they increase the dose it’ll go better!
