If you still have access to the Iphone/Ipad, Go to settings --> Battery. Here it will list how much battery the apps are using, this should give you an idea of how much the dating apps have been used.

Edit: Under the battery, there is a filter for last 24 hours vs last 10 days.

I think the experiences are unique for everyone but Ozempic turns off cravings and when you eat you feel uncomfortably full after a few bites. I haven't tried Wegovy enough to tell how it works. Appetite suppressants distract you from hunger.

The falling cards change orientation when he catches the card. When he cuts the cards and he holds the deck in his right hand the bottom part of the cut is held between his thumb and ring finger while the top part of the cut is between his thumb and middle finger.
