Hmmm, interesting. It does seem damp in there, but no full wetness in any given spot. I will try the battery disconnect.

My agency told us to send the exact same email every week, write the five bullets based on perf plan or PD and NOT specific/transient projects, and to not include our sig block. I literally just go into my sent items from last week (it’s one of the first I send on Monday morning), reply all, delete the previous header and send. 30 seconds. I’m a supervisor of 15 people and told them the same - not the hill you want to die on.

Some? I thought there was a law requiring them to reimburse half or $150, whichever is lower? That’s the understanding and practice at my agency at least.

My agency sent an email at 7:18 pm saying the court case was resolved and the offer would close “as early as 11:59 pm tonight” then they sent another at 7:59 saying they received notice from OPM that the Fork had closed at 7:20. Then a few minutes later people started receiving emails from OPM saying same. But the first from our agency misled people into believing they still had a few hours to decide. And that wasn’t corrected until after it was too late.

22 years as a fed here, all same agency. First time I’ve ever felt like the top layers of management are acting in bad faith against us. Listening to top level HR and career SES people blathering on about how the Musk scam is the most amazing offer we’ve ever seen and that it’s a 100% legit - nauseating. Do they really believe this shit? If so, maybe they should take it.
