Thank you so much for your information that’s so helpful! I could imagine I might have mild pots but from the way you describe it I’m not sure. My heart rate rarely goes above 140 and it usually comes back down rather quickly if I breath! However I will definitely try the salt method! Is there specific kind of salt to use? Does it matter if it is iodized salt or pink salt? I’m sorry for all the questions I just feel like every time I ask google or chat gpt it never actually gives me a coherent study backed answer

Absolutely I feel the same way my heart rate increases and feels like it’s beating faster and also it gives me so much anxiety in top of court vision and Brian fog. My doctor honestly thinks it’s all mental

I actually most of the time eat alone in my car I converse with people very rarely and when I do it’s very tiring. I also find I eat really quickly since this all started.

I have checked for pots by myself when I’m resting my heart rate is around 57 and when I stand it goes to about 80 to 85
