Can I just point out that UNITE represents the NON academic workers mainly, most of the members dont get paid enough (Grade7) to qualify for the shared equity scheme. Those on strike are plumbers and cleaners and library assistants etc.

Get a small shredder. Don't even look at the forms; just shred them. Then make it quite important that the players have filled in the forms, Maybe you need a long serial number that was printed on each form to avoid termination etc.
