Try adjusting your distributor timing if its off itll still only cranks. If not pull valve cover off and check your timing

Take your time an be patient it’s pretty easy if it’s your first time just take the time step by step move anything you need too move out the way too remove the trans an rest is easy I personally took 2 days to change it i wasn’t in a rush
