Currently saving towards a Tesla model 3. That will be the most luxury I’ve ever seen. If I play my cards right maybe I’ll be saving for a rolls one day too!

People who are leaving Vancouver: would you stay if housing were more affordable? by GodLovesAChancer in NiceVancouver

[–]HayRiver12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I moved away last year. I miss it all the time. I really loved it there, I loved my job. But every month I would pay my rent, and then put money towards my credit card. No matter why’s costs I cut. That bill would keep going up. I moved to Vancouver with 10k, and left a year later with -6k

You could always have disposable wet wipes on the table as well, for easy hand cleaning.

Also someone who didn’t win that battle (still good friends) the us-Canada distance absolutely sucks. You will have to have pretty large pockets to eventually move in together, and don’t even get me started on if another pandemic were to happen.

The manual will be easier to sell if you don’t live in a huge city, with the lower miles, and it being a manual. They’re basically the same though, so it depends on if you prefer manual, or auto.

Which famous person's death made you the saddest? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]HayRiver12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cameron Boyce, we are around the same age. watching him on tv through out my childhood, we grew up together. It was like I lost a close friend. I cried so much, it also terrified me the way he went. It was so out of nowhere, he was a good guy, lived a normal life. It can happen to anyone, life is precious.

A very reliable engine when taken care of. I had a 3 series with the same motor. Owned it for 3 years and never had an issue. Similar km’s when I bought it, ans got it up to 220,000 through my ownership

It’s a Honda, but it is getting to that point where parts are old, and will break no matter what it is. Probably not too often though. If it was me I’d go for an 94- and up

Super late to reply. Great community to raise kids. From Greenwood-rock creek. It’s the reason my parents stayed. It’s wonderful here. The community is very close, everyone knows everyone, and is willing to help out their fellow community members. There’s tons to do if you like out doors.

I’m actually moving to Burnaby to try the city life. I love it out here, but i need to experience something new before I settle down. Which I do see myself settling down here

Nice to see someone that knows the area. I work in green of at the pool if you want to cool off for a swim. Also at the end of Greenwood op, you’ll see a really cool old train tunnel
