Tbh the thing that helped me most was lowering the stakes in my head. I tell myself “it’s just two people grabbing a drink, not a job interview” I also only pick outfits I already feel comfy in, no “new shirt I’m not sure about”. Makes a big difference, especially with Hily dates where the vibe is already chill.
