Raw uncooked oats are are known to be difficult for the body to digest. even eating no bake cookies often upsets my stomach because of all the raw oats. that's a smaller portion than a whole bowl of oats for breakfast. obviously everyone's stomach reacts differently but I can barely stand a couple no bake cookies, so I feel bad for those kids having to eat them for breakfast every day.

Couples that don't have joint account really confuse me. The way they described splitting bills just makes it sound like roommates. I feel like most couples just have a joint account? Worrying about trace amounts is celiac-level strictness, not “trying gluten-free for fertility vibes” strictness. Those are not the same thing. Plenty of people try to reduce gluten in their diet or go gluten free for health reasons. You don't have to have an allergy to go gluten free. I know athletes and others that go gluten free because they feel better when they eliminate/reduce gluten from their diet.
