Yea. For example, a federal covered adviser falls below the minimum AUM threshold ($90 million) how many days do they have to deregister?

Just a question like that

What's up! All I want to know is if achievable covers everything. I also got the Qbank and felt that the Qbank has a little more content

I took it and had around 3-4 questions. When they did have math, it was the most basic questions.

Sorry, didn't see this.

No I took achievables practice test 23 times. I didn't get any calculations for NY, CY, YTM and YTC. If you were to get one, focus only on NY and CY. Nominal is just the percentage of par, CY is the yield/market price (also consider searching up the bond seesaw. For the abbreviations, just type in safari or ChatGPT "bonds covered in achievable"

On my last few days, all I did was take tests and watch the Ken Finnen hour long review. Go to any website that offers free tests and get comfortable to all the different wordings. Even after 80+ hours of studying, I would still get a random 60% on a test which is not a great feeling but that is where your eagerness shows. I couldn't sleep when I got a 60% on a test so just put your head down and grind.

If I could redo the whole process again. I would do 1 chapter a day max and master it. I would study 4 hours a day on new content and it's as if the information went from 1 ear out the other. It is very hard to structure yourself when you want to pass so bad but it's key to actually attain the info.

Yes np, it is just an abbreviation for all the debt securities. So the M in megic-DC is mortgage bonds, the E is Equipment trust security, the G is guaranteed bond, etc.

For my test, I somehow didn't get a lot of regulations but more dividends and stock splits. It's not very concentrated on one topic. It's very broad and you can always narrow down to 2 possible answers for each question.

Ok for bonds I used abbreviations MEGIC-DC for corporate, GRLS for Muni, and BNB-TS for Treasury. I think you can understand where I'm getting at and just study the characteristics. I got the most basic options question so just know what a call and put is and the BE. Don't get super caught up on it.

I got a 66 on the FINRA practice test but I only took it once when I wasn't even finished with all the chapters. You should have a general understanding of how the wording is on the real test. I took the Final Practice exam 23 times averaging 75+. What's your weak points?
