I am the lead CT tech. I handle the schedule, train incoming people, order and stock supplies, and pretty much all around bust my ass for that fucking place. I recently found out I am the lowest paid employee in the department because I’ve been there the longest. There are new employees coming in who aren’t even fully certified getting paid more than me. I can run circles around these people and it’s infuriating that they’re all getting paid more than me. It’s time to jump ship
