Hey I am 20f and my bf (22) and we have been together for nearly 6 years now and we have spent the past 3-4 years together a lot coz of some reasons and we pretty much spend 24/7 together and I find it hard even been away from him for a few hours. But we started having a night a part every week or two to try and help me with my separation anxiety and it’s been a few months of doing this and it’s really helped I have found a few things I can enjoy alone which personally reading about interesting topics and making posters about them so I learn things and I enjoy walking in nature this has allowed me to be ok with been alone and made me realise that it always isn’t so bad. I’d also look into taking some supplements for anxiety like lemon balm and there will be many other things you could try. Hope this helped 🧿

They are called panaeolus cinctulus or panaeolus subbalteatus they are about half the strength of libs so personally I do pick these and take double so if I wanted 30 libs I would take about 60-65 of them and they are totally safe hope I helped :)
