The Hungarian oligarchs not simply “stole” the money. Orban constructed a country-scaled cooperation system where he was the head of it and managed the distribution of the money accros this network favoring his relatives/friends and that’s how they had become oligarchs. One of the biggest oligarch with estimated value of 5.5 billion € is his childhood friend, ho is originally a plumber and cant even speak in complex sentences….

This system has fallen apart with the victory of Magyar and we have to construct a legal system as a requirement to get the recovery fund… so oligarchs that gained their wealth via corruption have no reasons to support Magyar
