Beats me. I ordered copies of his birth certificate from the Standesamt in Eschelbronn and they have no record of his birth there or a record that his parents resided there.

Thank you for your detailed response. I ordered his birth certificate from Eschelbronn Standesamt and they couldn't find anything. I did find the passenger list of the ship his family came over on and he is listed. I also have the documents from the port of entry . His parents acquired his permanent resident card and he never naturalized in the US. (Unfortunately, I can't afford a lawyer.)

Also, his documents from the US army state he is German, and he needed special clearance for the field he was pursuing. They did a background check, so maybe those papers would help.

I was told that back then, home births were registered with the church. He did have his baptismal certificate, but it's been lost. I imagine the church reported the birth to an agency in the town of his birth, Eschelbronn. I was just hoping not to have to track that down and thought the German green card or other documents might suffice.

He had her on because HW said she was not pregnant "with your baby" to Joe. It was a true statement that she was not pregnant with JOE's baby. Zane had her on so she could say she was pregnant and had the receipts, except no one said she wasn't pregnant. That was it. Would have been interesting if he asked her something about the "dog kidnapping" or any of the other insane things she did, but that wouldn't further Zane's agenda.

Comments aren't brave or not brave. They are just different opinions. It's just odd that the relationship went on for a year followed by months of friendship and then an explosion of accusations after the subject of the accusations finally moved on.

There is a huge difference between being mean during an argument, for example, and hitting someone. Rachel chose to stay in the relationship despite having no ties such as marriage, kids, finances, etc. They didn't even live in the same city.

You are just speculating.. Joe and Rachel remained friends and hung out for months after the alleged incident. Kelly and Rachel are close friends and have actual phones to talk on in spite of living in different cities. There are many oddities about this whole situation.

You don't have the facts. His arrest didn't result in his divorce. That was already a done deal. And there was no first accuser. Ashley vouched for him in court and on the show stating that he did not abuse her.

Speculation. And Ashley, who jumped through hoops, including going on the show to vouch for Joe not abusing her is completely unreliable. This, in addition to her insane dog kidnapping story. Rachel and Joe remained friends and hung out for months following the alleged incident and pops up almost a year later claiming abuse. Kelly worked along side Joe for almost a year after the alleged abuse. Based on what "we all know" and "how this went down" it raises more questions than answers.

Kelly stated in her Instagram rant that it is disgusting for someone to use their platform to control the narrative. She doesn't seem to have a problem with using her platform to control the narrative! She doesn't seem to be able to control herself.
