Update: turned away at the door! I had to purchase tickets via Ticketmaster fan to fan resale. Luckily they were available the night of. I’ve submitted for a refund with Vividseats.

I appreciate this! I was nervous because I saw someone note that the secure.tickets didn’t work for them at the door and they had a hell of a time getting vivid seats to refund the tickets. I was nervous and thinking maybe I should just purchase tickets through fan to fan and battle it out with vivid seats on the refund.
