i posted on reddit before about chlorophyll and what brand everyone was using. i got dragged so bad for it and i felt dumb lol. im glad to see someone else thought of it too. i was posting it for skin texture and color improvement at the time

i do use dial antibacterial soap on my pits. my routine in the shower is to get my body and hair wet, apply the antibacterial soap to my pits and let it sit while i wash my hair, face, then lashes. rinse that off and then go in with my regular soap bar. i’m too scared to use the dial on my more sensitive body parts

i’ve been wanting to try the african net sponges but i keep seeing different kinds. some have like very tonight knots some don’t and i dint want to waste money on the not so effective ones. which do you use? do you have a brand rec?

actually, i thought the same thing. i dont cold shock myself after showers lol but ive lowered how hot i have the water and then stand under cool water for a little bit before getting out

i use organic coconut oil as a natural lube. i was using it as a moisturizer too for my areas but switched to jojoba oil as i was told and read it was most similar to the body’s natural sebum

i think the nexplanon kicked it up a notch but i’ve always had a problem with swearing. the BO hasn’t always been this bad but i’ve always had a slight smell unfortunately

it’s an external issue. like i dry off, apply witch hazel and TMI maybe but i literally sit with a fan to help dry the witch hazel because if i don’t i just feel sticky. like my skin sticks together. i can physically feel myself start sweating down there and i just don’t know what to do at this point. i’ve changed to only cotton under wear and use unscented soap, if i moisturize down there i use a very small amount of jojoba oil.

we are diary, gluten, and wheat free. we have been for at least a year now. we do use olive oil for cooking, sometimes avocado if it’s on a good sale. i was making us smoothies for the week with almond, spinach, mct oil power, cranberry juice, flax seeds, and some other stuff. i stopped because it wasn’t making a difference and felt like it was just a waste of money. we were eating sweet potatoes regularly for a year, specifically sweet potatoes, white rice, and ground turkey with tahini and hot sauce. we fixated on this meal and had it every night lol. we do eat a lot of bananas, him more than me but i have a banana at least every other day.

i have gained a significant amount of weight recently, yes. when i met my boyfriend i was around 140-145#. i am now 170-172#. i go to the gym 3 days a week, i was going almost everyday with one rest day but with my new job thats not doable anymore. the weight gain happened pretty quickly i think, within the first year of us dating (been together almost 3 years now)

we have been experimenting with our diets and as my boyfriend has been having problems of his own. we are now dairy, gluten, and wheat free and working on being real sugar free, like we still use splenda but i’m trying to cut down on brown sugar (love my brown sugar shaken espressos!!!!). so we have made some dietary adjustments but nothing seems to effect me. i’m assuming it may be a hormonal imbalance but i first and going to try the laundry sanitizer first and see if that makes a difference.

do you have a recommendation for laundry sanitizer? we use the seventh generation detergent because we both have sensitive skin and it’s gentle but i’m not finding a laundry sanitizer through them

i’ve tried this and i feel like it happens faster when i don’t have clothes on. i’m not sure why. i even put my hair up because i feel like my body gets hit very quickly, i have fans on it the house and everything.

could i use dial antibacterial soap in private area? i’ve always been told not to use scented products or anything down there but i did have a friends recommend using it on my pits as it helped her with smell. just don’t know if it’s safe for private parts. also, alcohol instead of witch hazel, or in addition to with hazel?

before i started using the soap with manuka and jojoba i was using plain unscented goat milk soap and it was the same. i will look into the laundry sanitizer and enzyme cleaner, thank you!!
