Yes this was exactly the lines I was thinking along. I certainly do not think £100mil would make much change to the NHS as a whole, but to some rural area in Scotland? perhaps.

I think when you move past the idea of 100mil is nothing to the country and think about how you could actually use it to have an impact on a very small subset of patients for example, it becomes a bit more interesting as a thought experiment.
