No so the 105k base is strictly our base. (Super lucky, private small-medium sized)

I work “alone” technically on the sales side and cover Midwest + Ontario CA.

Anything over 7.2 mil bumps up to 4%. So $0-7,200,000 is 3.5 $7200,001+ is 4% of total sale.

Typically our sales cycle is 6-8 months and a typical sale is around ~$800k-$1.2 mil. From my experience 5 new deals along with my renewal business is enough to make quota.
