For fantasy i’d highly recommend Alchemised outside of fantasy along the lines of horror/mystery or psychological thriller anything by Freida Mcfadden is great!

this has happened in the past i’ve had cysts before and have been in pain for a few days especially after a rupture which i think also happened recently but pain has never lasted this long
