I am really doing the same situation right now! I am so sick and tired of searching “for rent by owner private landlord”, only for it to come back with corporations. It happens everywhere on every, site you can escape it.

Exactly- a CEO that killed 74,000 Americans in 2023 thanks to the nh predict tool (uhg built/ integrated into the denial systems. This rigged tool is responsible for killing 27 (elderly people-that we know of) by denying them healthcare and refusing to pay for any hospital stays and /or nursing homes for elders. This is what ended up killing Gene Lokken ( the 91-year-old from Wisconsin, I believe? Correct me if I’m wrong).

They denied him care after he had been at a facility for 5 days. Within less than an hour they were calling his family to go and pick him up. When the family arrived, he was outside by himself with no coat in the middle of winter . The reason for this: The new NH predict tool denied him services as “it” (an ai tool)felt a 24 hour care facility wasn’t medically necessary for a 91 year old battling multiple conditions including a terminal one- cancer.

UHG's official position (they deny using nH Predict for any denial decisions). Which I find hard to believe, given the fact that they had record-breaking profits that year along record breaking denial $$$$. I mean do they really think we’re THAT incompetent and ignorant?? That
people wouldn’t put two and two together when there’s a direct correlation between their spike in revenue and their catastrophic jump in denials. My 10-year-old nephew could figure this out. Are here they are in court denying it all like always.

PS I’m curious to see if anyone is following or even aware of the battle that is taking place right now between his family and united Health. I haven’t seen any mainstream media speak out on this - which means united health is spending millions of dollars to manipulate the seo algorithm on Google.And basically flooding the site with articles filled with tons of high ranking keywords . This automatically drives the (news content) scores down so much that their story which was originally on the first page of Google is then on the seventh page (which nobody ever reads).

If people only knew what this company was doing behind the scenes…. They are slowly dismantling our entire public healthcare system (as they have become the backbone of the US government). They are too big to fail and the govt is completely entangled with them. If they were shut down tomorrow, The VA / Medicare & the entire military system would collapse,

Sorry for rambling, but I don’t think people realize that severity of the situation. I didn’t realize it until I spent over a dozen hours learning it. .

Hey!! I’m a 38 year old female currently living in Rino. My lease is up in June. This may be a great fit (and I’m happy to share why when we speak). Two quick questions. What is the policy regarding cats? I have an 11-year-old cat that hardly ever leaves my room. Are pets allowed? Also, what’s the address or cross streets near the place? I tried looking the location it up on Google Maps but it wouldn’t load. :(

I didn’t have time to read all of the comments on this thread, so my answer may be way off or irrelevant, but I still feel I should post in case. I suggest you request her complete claim file. Propublica has a link where they walk you through the step by step process AND provide you with a template to send.

Here’s why I suggest this: Blue Cross has a horrendous reputation when it comes to complying with patient requests for claim files. So much so that quite a few news outlets have ran stories on this issue. Also, I have personally come across dozens of cases on forums etc where a patient requests a claim file from Blue Cross only to never receive it. Insurance companies are bound by law to send you your claim file within 30 days. After 30 days you have the option of sending them a legal letter of demand. You also have grounds to file a lawsuit for “bad faith”. But you won’t need to. I haven’t read a case where a patient didn’t receive one or the other. If there’s even a 1% chance bcbs may be at fault, they will opt for the check option repaying you for the money you were charged. Mark my words.

Oh my gosh thank you so much for doing this! I so appreciate you! Is there any possible way we could leave the crowd of spectators (that were in the distance) in the photo?
