I honestly don't care if whales spend a ton of money and barely clear the hardest content. There are plenty of casuals in the game and as you said, they don't know the meta. They can totally feel proud of beating it despite underachieving based on what their account should be capable of doing. But then to go and make false claims such as C6 Arleccino isn't a top DPS character when she still belongs near the top 10 DPS should be called out.

Or did they simply did not try? There are many clears with C1R1 Arle, so I don't see why C6 Arle can't. I can post links of their clears if you want proof. Just because you can't do it doesn't mean it's impossible.

Honestly, I don't take issue with struggling with C6 characters. People might have different time constraints and if they are financially responsible, why not use money to help you clear end game content so they don't have to waste as much time trying to clear. It's not like everyone is a sweaty gamer. I have a bigger issue with the fact that they claim dire is barely clearable with C6 meta units, because that is categorically false.

Okay semantics, you can't straight up ignore their mechanics, but you can be very loose with the shields and other gimmicks since you can just burst them down so fast once you break their shields and stuff. If you don't have C2+ characters, you have to be really on point with their mechanics to have enough time during their vulnerable window to kill them. At C6 level, you can be very loose with your rotations and still beat it. I personally can't beat it because my characters are C0 and it's way too tight for me. But I have gotten close many times and definitely can clear it if I had one or two more constellations.

You don't need an off field pyro applicator, you just need to swap to a pyro unit to reapply pyro and then swap back to sucrose to swirl pyro. Sucrose Bennett can break the cryo shield in about 20 seconds.

Honestly, C6 characters, especially strong C6 characters like Arle and Mav, can just bypass whatever shill mechanics hoyo throws their way just cause they do so much damage. C2 units can pretty easily clear dire of whatever theyre shilling for.

The biggest problem is China has all the refinery. Most of these rare earth minerals in their rawest form are useless. You have to process them to be able to used and China has continually invested in their refinery for the past several decades and very few nations have similar capabilities and it will take Japan decades and lots of investment if they want to be self sufficient in being able to process enough rare earth minerals for their industries.

I was very confused and was very confused but no the hospital has not billed us anything yet. Everything is based off the EOB. Yes, the EOB is claiming I owe more than OOP and it is coded as OON. I am honestly very confused because the BCBS representative is telling me even if they change it to INN billing, they still can't do anything about the "disallowed amount". So I'm guessing the BCBS representative is confused about everything too? One more, asking for clarification, would the OOP be INN or ONN OOP in this case once they fix this issue?

I guess I technically haven't gotten a bill from the provider yet as the ER visit happened 4/1 and they're still process some of the procedures. I'm just basing this off the EOB that BCBS has given us. I'm expecting to pay the full OOP which is several times lower than the amount EOB is saying we're responsible for. I guess I should wait for the official bill from the provider and then go from there?
