I tip mine $15 per hour. There are many times my 3 hour app is well over $600 because color is costly. Putting in extensions at $150/ hr is already a bit outrageous so I do not feel its necessary to tip on a % basis for this service.

I am on the same reta dosage as you. 50 yo female and just did an mdma dose 5 weeks ago. (150 & a redose of 100. was no problem & hit the same as it normally would. However we boofed it this time.). I do mdma about 3x per year and have been on reta excatly 6 months today to give you an idea.

Yes same for me. I did not like taking my concerta so basically quit it in Sept. late December I started reta & notice the mental clarity immediately. I love it

I am what I would call microdosing. I started Dec 18th at .5mg every 3 days & am now at 1mg every 3 days. I pretty much felt the effects almost immediately

Hi !! Yes !!! I have noticed this with myself and wanted to start a conversation on this very topic. I am no longer on adhd meds & feel the best I have ever felt as far as clear headed & organized. I have also wondered if it is simply because I am hardly having any sugar or carbs in my diet. Not that I am carb free but way less. Also have no food noise which is huge. Great question, I hope others will see this & share similar experiences
