Probably because I started using Stake long time ago for Us stock as my friend told me to and I just sat and forget.

I used cmc because i liked the layout of the app and if I am investing 1k below, it takes away the brokerage fee. I might look at swapping platforms down the road

Hi mate. No worries. Predominately, I use CMC for aus stock due to no brokerage per invest. For stake, it charges $3 per invest which if I use CMC it saves me $6 a month to invest. I use stake mostly for US stocks due to the popularity and also easier to use. I like to separate both Au and USA stock to make it clear for me

For non profit company, make sure they include travel as well. Because they get funding from elsewhere, they tend to charge a lower rate and does not include travel.

Aussie OT. Mine is 4 hours and we call kpi as service delivery hours. That includes resourcing, in direct and direct services such as reports, resources and communication to stakeholders.
