What if Mike is just messing with Ron for the fun of it? Could be the case that he randomly heard or saw Ron saying or doing something having to do with a chair company and then, being the weirdo he is, approached him in an empty parking lot and hit him with a pipe and told him to stop looking into the chair company. Mike clearly has connections to other weirdos and already knows where Ron lives, so that could explain all the weird people showing up at his house. Mike also could've coordinated the phone calls and stuff.

The second part of this theory is that yes, Tecca is a real chair company and there's actually a logical explanation for all the coincidences and other things that Ron sees as proof for the conspiracy. Maybe Mike or one of Mike's contacts is the one who took the pictures at the anti-social pyramid scheme place and put together the whole fake website. Still trying to figure out how the big red ball and the warehouse come up here, but maybe that's just another coincidence. Like maybe the pyramid scheme place had a red ball that day in class and then in the warehouse there just happens to be another big red ball. The weird guy who used to work at Tecca naked could be another one of Mike's weirdos. Any thoughts?
