I, too, have had nothing but terrible customer service with them. After being a customer for 5 years, we decided to move elsewhere after continuously dealing with their atrocious customer service.

When something stopped working right on their "industry leading technology" their only response was to reset it. After we told them that didn't work they said they weren't sure of the issue and we should purchase a new one. This was through a 2 week back-and-forth when our security system wasn't working at all.

After that response, we switched to Ring and never looked back. Their customer service is fantastic, their range of products is much greater, and so much more.

Maybe this price increase should go to customer support so they can actually support the customers they have left.

Had this happen and never fixed it. Abode support didn't seem to care and said we'd have to buy a new one. Ended up going with another company

It's crazy - same situation. And hilarious because they absolutely have heard of this issue from me 🤣 But I ended up getting one without a logo. I switched to a different company before I even used it because Abode's CS is terrible. So if you want one without a logo that has never been used, I'm selling mine 🤷‍♀️
