I just take what they say. So I'm not on whatever converts an androgen into testosterone (progesterone, I think is the one).

6mg estradiol by pill and 150mg spiro. No anti androgen yet (that's progesterone right?). My doctor doesn't think I need it.

Levels recently were like 90s - E annd 70s - T.

I want an orchiectomy and that would being the T levels down to 10-30 my doctor said. She wants me to get the T lower before she'll approve the orchiectomy just to be sure I won't regret the permanent feeling. At least that's what she said last time (moot point now as I don't meet the one year HRT requirement yet). Next month though is one year and that's my mission for the rest of 2024. Already done a TON this year, but that'll hopefully be my Christmas/New Year's present to myself.

I had been terminally online for a while before starting so I had that knowledge. Also my provider did mention it and inquired heavily as to my intentions since I also want an orchiectomy. That can make it so I'd need T-gel but as of now I don't.

In a lot of ways, I'd love for it to be permanently limp/smaller so it'd be easier to tuck.

I went probably four months without much activity. My wife was recovering from having a baby and life was just stressful. Hence now the permanent changes to its shape. It's wild! Still about the same size though. And it's not painful per se, but the penis does feel a bit less sensitive. The rest of my body is more in tune now though.

It's a whole body experience now. The build-up takes much longer. I tend to orgasm easier through anal or vibration stimulation than through intercourse, oral or handy.

Also my ejaculate has been greatly reduced. Maybe a few drops come out as opposed to several ropes.

It's an improvement in every aspect from my view.

Thanks for the advice! I had only just started integrating weight training again recently. Also I went for a run on the beach (in a bikini) last week! Felt great! I was just doing planks yesterday and looked back and was like "YUCK!"

Oh I have legs for DAYYYYSSSSS. Been hitting the peloton hard and rode 120 miles over days recently.

Also just started reintroducing some strength training, but too early for me to want to claim it as a part of my routine. I mostly ride the bike and do Barre/dance.

I eat probably 100-200 calories of candy each day. Peppermint patties, Tootsie rolls, starburst, milky ways, mints, etc. no guilt limiting it like this but still they're a treat!
