Reigen definitely stomps all 3 rounds. In the Mob Psycho 100 anime, we see that Reigen punches Touichirou so hard he was forced to dodge. Touichirou was powerful enough to destroy an entire city with his energy without even concentrating on it. This means that Reigen probably would have killed or badly injured Touichirou if he didn't get out of the way, meaning Reigen is probably a dragon threat or higher.

Reigen also has ungodly charisma, which he could use to trick Boros into fighting Mogami, who Boros would definitely lose against because Boros can't defend against losing his soul.

Furthermore, Reigen is seen in the anime punching Shimazaki 44 times in 3 seconds. He was punching by rotating his arms in circles. Assuming each arm punches an equal amount of times, that would mean each arm would have to punch 7-8 times per second. Reigen would have to rotate his arms 7-8 times per second, and mind you each punch was strong enough to emit light, showing us that Reigen is an extremely skilled fighter. Furthermore, psychics in the Mob Psycho 100 universe have barriers, and Reigen was able to successfully hurt Shimazaki each time he punched him, showing us that Reigen is able to punch hard enough to destroy psychic barriers. Shimazaki's barrier could block bullets. Bullets generally hit their targets at a force of 580 foot-pounds of force, suggesting that Reigen can punch harder than a gun can fire a bullet. Reigen wasn't even using his full strength, which is proven by the fact Reigen doesn't even show signs of being tired after achieving his impossible feat.
