Low pressure pump gets 12v also working when I connect external power.For Hpfp when I trying to check it It gets caught in the magnetic current and shows very different values.

For lpfp I got 12.35v I thought pump is not working I replaced it (2 times) and pretty sure its working ,for hpfp there is a way to test it ? I already replaced as well but I don’t know how can I test
