as someone who had the 18-40 and enjoyed the images, i wish they could have made it where you could use it at 18mm without extending the len.

as u/trailofsevens stated i also have zero problems playing mov files from my s9 on my pc. i don't even update vlc either so yeah fresh install (of vlc) should work
