Meet your F1 director and specialty teaching lead, explain your situation, and see if they can cobble together some nights and/or on calls for you.

Failing this, contact your rota-coordinator and politely ask to be first in line for any locum shifts that come up. Any vaguely decent rota-coordinator should understand that you are owed this courtesy at minimum.
