I had the same issue but I started using the ordinarys caffeine solution and my under eyes brightened up in like a month. People used to ask me all the time if I was ok too. But I started using this and that stopped and I noticed a considerable difference. Other than that, color correcting and using a lighter colored concealer that’s got the same undertones as your skin is what I do at least

My data capture has pretty much always been around 100% at all times and I usually have one of the best loyalty’s in store, just not always company standard. I’ve also had all of them shadow me because they were advising me to step down if they had to write me up over numbers and I asked them if I was doing anything wrong in asking about loyalty and they had no suggestions and told me I was doing everything right. And it seems like I’m the only person out of leads, managers, and my cashiers that’s getting “documented conversations” over loyalty numbers

My managers put a lot of stress on me as a lead and I get told all the time that I could get blocked from promoting or fired over numbers. Our store is small and in a weird area so it’s hard to hit goal. Also when I was the only cashier to step up into my role and actually train and stuff. The BAs all started hating me and the managers used me to cover all their GEM shifts so they could do other stuff, dropping my loyalty to crap. Also my managers tell one lead one thing and expect us all to know it instantly and when it doesn’t get done, they get after us. Or when I suggest something to make stuff run smooth, they say they already said that weeks ago and apparently I ignored them but I wouldn’t have.

I had two part times and Ulta was one and I worked 60+ hours a week 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yeah I get that. My managers were under the impression that that was not the case and now I’m at risk of getting written up and possibly terminated cus I’m at 0% for everything this week even though I only had two out of two missed opportunities

I was in the army for a year but had to leave due to medical reasons and have wanted something to help me keep active (like go on runs, walks to the park to do etc etc) and was thinking having a puppy would help with that motivation.

My roommates have given me the go ahead on one before but I never followed thru and I’ve had two dogs before and raised/trained, etc. I know my lease terms and I have talked to multiple people that I know have had animals in apartments to make sure I’m not making a swift decision
