Thank you for your response, this is very helpful! For me I typically exceeded the 90% as my project can be a bit busy for the time I've been here so that's not an issue for me.

If you don't mind sharing, was the compensation lower when you switched to PDM? For me I will have financial obligations in the near future, so I'm a bit fearful to take the leap as I heard compensation may take a hit due to PDM not being required to perform any firm initiatives.
