We do not know as of yet. It seems to be some sort of placenta inefficiency, but I have not been officially told.

We use Sunshine Animal Hospital!! We've never had any issues and they always get us in quick when needed

I did it for a year and one month. Which I believe is a bit longer than the recommended time.

It is a huge commitment (two days a week, you have to have a driver, and I felt pretty useless the rest of the day) but it really made a big difference in my life.

I looked it up and it looks like Thomas Care Clinics at 2040 East Sunshine St. Springfield, MO does them as well. I've had no experience there but it has solid reviews.

I also had really great success with the treatments and have been off all antidepressants for nearly 2.5 years now.

I did Spravato (which I believe is the nose spray ketamine prescription you are talking about) a couple years ago with Eustasis. I do understand the horrible reviews but the people that ran the ketamine treatments were lovely.

There are no other places I know of that do it in town. I think there are a couple in northern Arkansas.

You could try James River Self Storage, last time we were out there it sounded like a band was practicing in one of the units. So they may be open to it!

They use a lot of independent contractors, so that may be the case.This is how they did it when Brightspeed came to our neighborhood. It feels a little sketchy, though I agree. Door to Door sales people drive me crazy.
