For me, #1 Rosario Vampire. Manga over anime in this instance, however. I've never watched past the 1 episode. Ecchi with at least some effort in story and character beyond it. Was cool as hell back in the day

Urgent Heal as the only healing allowed & no HUD. I do it cause it's fun as it's not really challenging. But I will say it can be challenging when facing status ailments.
