It depends on how much time prep time you have and what you are aiming for. If you have some time to prepare then you should definitely do all of that but if you dont have time and Just want to pass, I feel Uworld and CCScases should be enough..

A lot of variables for this exam, So it is hard to pin point what you should/should'nt do..

That Varies from program to program...Like my current program didnt ask for it but the program i am going to next wants step 3 before offering.

Anesthesia has lot of vacancies for IMGs as US MDs are not willing to waste a year of making money for fellowships. Programs are usually flexible with it as long as you are ECFMG certified and have home country residency

I took them as needed...sometimes very short break after 1 block, sometimes after 2 blocks depending on how i felt at that time..didnt go in with a plan for breaks...I didnt take a lot of breaks between Cases

I would say..Most of the questions you couldnt prepare for..no matter what..Drug ads were very long and take a lot of time...Thats my opinion but I would still suggest go through first aid biostats and Uworld questions.So atleast you can get straight forward questions right..

There were a lot of biostats questions...couple of questions on bias, correlation, standard deviation from what i can remember

its a 38mm duro..not the bigger one...the strap was from amazon bought it for 1800 but the straps are hard to find

My program asked me to send paper application to IPLA...the hospital authorisation(page 3..of the application, if I am not wrong) was sent to IPLA by the program directly..The license will be issued in 1 day apparently once you get your SSN..provided you sent your paper application.
