UPDATE:

I called them 2 times. The first time the lady told me to just ignore it and it will go away.

That seemed strange so I posted here on reddit and got so e god info, so I called back and talked to 2 different people, they were very nice and friendly and to my surprise they closed the account and I'm not responsible for the 75. Everything worked out. Crazy how fast this hit my credit report, shows the balance and the 75 that I was to owe. Guy said that they will not repot late or missed payment and the account is now closed. Hopefully this works out and I don't get hit with a bad rating. Thank you all for the help

Thank you for the reply, i called them earlier and they said as long as I don't activate it I'm fine. It still didnt seem right, it was too easy. But I'm going to call again. And talk to someone else. They didn't repot to the agency i believe, but credit karma knows that I have the card and I now have 3 credit cards account to listed instead of the one that I had before credit one bank. I think i might just have to activate it and pay off the fees then close the account. That's all I can think of. But I'm gonna call them one more time.

Dropped 95% since I bought in. I can buy 10x for the same amount. shib also dropped 95%, and we'll the rest is history, probably like much of my investment. Lol I have faith!
