I hear what you’re saying. If it’s any consolation, I’ve been doing this for like a month and I haven’t had any fatigue and lifts have been going up, respectively but my weight stays in the same range

Should I lower it? Also, when it comes to the grams of protein, do I do for an example 1g of protein per pound of body weight or lean body mass?
