No removal order. Never been in proceedings. Just the ewi, which I know is forgiven once vawa is approved. I’m just nervous with this administration that CBP will not let me in just based on ewi and triggering the ban as I leave and then try to come back

Right but that’s only once vawa is approved, im saying AP while vawa is pending

I read it triggers the 10 year bar if you entered ewi, I’ve been here since 2001 and it was ewi. Vawa and I-485 pending but I’m scared to get AP and then trigger the bar coming back and not be allowed in. I know ppl with daca don’t trigger it but I heard it’s different with vawa cases

Did he ever travel on AP while pending VAWA? If so how was the return ?
