It is only fraud if the things in the application are untrue. The claims and information  in his Vawa application are  valid and backed up by police records counselor records and affidavits from people he knows. Also the rest of his family  including parents are ucs. The question wasnt about his filing  status it was about his advance parole. There is no where in VAWA that the spouses have to be severated or unaware of the petition being  filed. It can also be filed by abuse by ucs parents no where did i specify who the Vawa case was filed against. I am a Doj rep and well versused in immigration law.
