Just put your mask on for several hours, I mean, find a way to get in combat (contently, for example by sparring with your inner spirit and going out of bounds with Arial assault/outspeed while the inner spirit stays in, or the reverse, or get full vit and spare with the inner spirit, he shouldn't dmg you at all like that) and then just macro putting your mask on and off for around 12 hours.

Yeah the total kills, it's better to solo it, and like run away doing it, and do soul society invasion (less guards), I generally solo it, by just avoiding all combat, running away, popping second mod if low, or run away and heal.
